Pula 700.00 per person per night fully catered

• We offer a 10% discount when you book 6 or more people on the same trail.

• Children under the age of 12 years are not permitted on these trails.

Tuli Wilderness Trails reserves the right to amend the published rates without notice.

Please note TWT rates are quoted in Botswana Pula and therefore TWT reserves the right to amend the RAND / EURO / USD / GBP amounts from time to time due to changes in relevant rate of exchange.

For bookings made 30days or more before date of arrival, a 50% deposit of the total cost of the booking is required within seven days of the provisional reservation being made. The balance is to be settled at least 30 days prior to the arrival of the guests at TWT. Confirmation of the reservation is on receipt of the 50% deposit within seven days of booking. TWT reserves the right to cancel any provisional reservation where this 50% deposit has not been received within the required period.

For reservations made within 30 days prior to arrival date, full payment of the total cost of the booking must be made within 48 hours of booking. These reservations will be confirmed on receipt of full payment of the total cost of the booking.

Tuli Wilderness Trails reserves the right to levy the following cancellation charges:
Cancellation 30 days or more prior to arrival 50% of the total cost of the booking
29 – 15 days before arrival date , 75% of the total cost of the booking
14 or less before arrival date 100% of the total cost of the booking
Non-arrival / no-show 100% of the total cost of the booking

We do not permit unaccompanied walking or driving around the reserve. Two game activities (i.e. professionally guided walks, game drives or night drives) are included in your rates.

You are required to complete and sign an indemnity form at reception on arrival. None of the camps are fenced and therefore is not uncommon to find any species of game in and about the camps.

There is a camp attendant in each camp at all times to provide service and safety. Firewood, bedding, towels, toilet paper, soap and drinking water are supplied in all of the camps. All of the camps are fully equipped with essentials and serviced daily. All of the camps are self–catered, we do, however provide catering on request.
 

All food and drink unless you have requested catering or if you are participating on our Guided Wilderness Trail.

Essential items: comfortable walking shoes, hat, sunscreen, warm jacket (for open vehicle game drives), insect repellent, good torch, camera and binoculars. An extra cool box with ice in summer is a great idea.
